Act 660, the Public Safety Act of 2019, requires each Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in Arkansas to complete and provide the Annual PSAP Certification to the 911 Board.
To be in compliance ALL SECTIONS AND ATTACHMENTS must be delivered either online or by mail to the Arkansas 911 Board before midnight Thursday, April 1st, 2021.
If any sections or attachments are not received before the deadline of APRIL 1ST, 2021, the Board CAN take action to escrow the PSAP Wireless 911 funding UNTIL compliance is met.

Once you start the certification online, you must complete it or your data will be lost. We strongly recommend having all required attachments ready to submit and reviewing the paper copy of the survey to ensure you have all necessary data before starting the survey online.
