PSAP Certification

Act 660, the Public Safety Act of 2019, requires each Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in Arkansas to complete and provide their Annual PSAP Certification to the 911 Board.

To be in compliance ALL SECTIONS AND ATTACHMENTS must be delivered either online or by mail to the Arkansas 911 Board before midnight Monday, April 1st, 2024. 

If any sections or attachments are not received before the deadline of APRIL 1ST, 2024, the Board CAN take action to escrow the PSAP Wireless 911 funding UNTIL compliance is met.
