Annual PSAP Report for 2025 Now Available

Act 660, the Public Safety Act of 2019, requires each Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in Arkansas to complete and provide their Annual PSAP Report to the Arkansas 911 Board.

To be in compliance, ALL SECTIONS AND ATTACHMENTS must be delivered ONLINE to the Arkansas 911 Board before midnight Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Mailed reports will no longer be accepted.

If any sections or attachments are not received before the deadline of APRIL 1, 2025, the Board CAN take action to escrow the PSAP’s funding UNTIL compliance is met.

*If your PSAP utilizes AT&T for your 9-1-1 CPE maintenance and you need the invoice for the CPE maintenance reimbursement request, reach out to us to request a copy, as AT&T has shared those with us for 2024 in anticipation of this process.
